How do I book a taxi?
You can book a taxi on our website or in the Smile Taxi app, or message us on WhatsApp or LINE.
Payment: pay the driver directly at your destination. To pay by card, we send you a PayPal payment link (5% fee). Cancellations and changes are free up to 24 hours before pickup; after that the fee is 25% (less than 24 h), 35% (less than 12 h) or 50% (less than 2 h) of the price, and 100% for a no-show — also when you pay the driver in cash. To ensure a smooth pickup, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance on WhatsApp, LINE or in the Smile Taxi app. This will allow us to communicate effectively when you arrive at the airport.
Suvarnabhumi Airport provides free internet service for your convenience.
Where can I meet my taxi driver?
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you the driver's details and meeting location via email or social media.
If you encounter any difficulties finding your taxi driver, feel free to reach out to us. At the airport, for an additional 100 Thai Baht, our taxi driver can greet you with a signboard at the arrival gate.
Do you accept special routes?
Even if the route you require is not listed on our website, we can arrange a customized route for your tour. If you need a guide, our taxi driver can also serve as your guide and translator to ensure a comfortable journey.
Additionally, you have the option to rent a taxi for a whole day or half a day.
Why is there an additional cost for Bangkok?
Bangkok is a vast city with frequent traffic jams. If your pickup or drop-off location is on the west side of the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, there will be an additional fee ranging from 100B to 200B.
