By accessing or booking any service on SmileTaxiService.com ("Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Site or its services.
2. Services Provided
Smile Taxi Service offers the following services:
- Private airport and intercity taxi services across Thailand
- Custom tour packages and travel arrangements
- Multilingual customer support and booking assistance
3. Customer Responsibilities
By booking through SmileTaxiService.com, customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information for reservation, including email, name, contact, and travel details
- Select a payment method and complete payment according to the chosen option
- Notify us in advance of any changes to arrival or pickup times
4. Payment Terms
- We offer two payment options: PayPal (advance payment) or Pay to the Driver (payment at destination)
- PayPal payments may incur an additional 5% payment processing fee
- For advance payments via PayPal, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup to receive a full refund
- For Pay to the Driver bookings, cancellations are also recommended at least 24 hours in advance
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may result in no refund for advance payments
5. Airport & Waiting Policy
- If your flight is delayed, no additional charges will apply for the delay itself
- However, if pickup is delayed more than 1 hour after flight arrival, additional waiting fees may apply
- For non-airport locations, waiting time exceeding 30 minutes may incur an extra charge
6. Privacy & Data Protection
- We collect only necessary customer data (email, name, phone number, travel details) for booking and service delivery
- This information will never be shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes
- All data is managed securely under the responsibility of our data protection officer
7. Limitation of Liability
- All services are provided "as is"
- We are not liable for any delays, losses, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that travel plans and pickup details are accurate
8. Legal Compliance
- All services must be used in accordance with local laws and regulations in Thailand
- Misuse or fraudulent use of our booking platform may lead to legal consequences
9. Termination
- We reserve the right to cancel any reservation or deny service for violations of these Terms
- Either party may cancel or refuse future service if there is breach of agreement or abusive behavior
10. Changes to Terms
- These Terms may be updated periodically. Major changes will be announced on the website
- Continued use of our services after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms
