**Where some fares end.** **Koh Chang** fares end at the Ao Thammachat ferry pier (Laem Ngop, Trat); you board the ferry on foot. **Nong Khai** fares end at Thai immigration at the Thai–Lao Friendship Bridge; Thai taxis do not cross into Laos (take the bridge shuttle bus, then a Lao taxi or tuk-tuk to Vientiane). **Sukhothai** fares cover New Sukhothai and the Old City / Historical Park. **Sai Yok (Kanchanaburi)** fares cover Sai Yok along Highway 323; resorts further out may cost extra — we confirm the price before you book. **Laem Sok Pier (Koh Kood)** fares end at the mainland pier for the Koh Kood boats (Trat). **Koh Lanta** is one fare for the island, car ferry included; the far south (Klong Nin, Kantiang) may cost extra — we confirm the price before you book. **Laem Chabang Cruise Port**: 60 minutes of free waiting after you leave the ship, then THB 250 per hour. **Phuket from Bangkok**: the fixed fare ends at Phuket Airport (HKT); to a hotel, add that beach's fare from Phuket Airport.

**Damnoen Saduak Floating Market and Ratchaburi** — Damnoen Saduak is in Ratchaburi province, about 100 km south-west of Bangkok (1.5–2 hours via Rama 2); Ratchaburi town is 23 km further on the same road. A morning market: go early — day trips usually leave Bangkok at 06:00–07:00. Boats are paid at the market. Onward fares to Kanchanaburi and Hua Hin.

**Sai Yok (Kanchanaburi)** — River Kwai resorts, raft houses, Sai Yok Noi waterfall and the Hellfire Pass memorial along Highway 323, about 60–82 km beyond Kanchanaburi town (about 3–3.5 hours from Bangkok). Resorts further out may cost extra — we confirm the price before you book. Boats to river-only resorts are arranged by the resort.

### 8.2 Eastern Seaboard

**Pattaya** — 150 km southeast of Bangkok. Beaches, nightlife, family attractions (Cartoon Network Amazone, Underwater World, Sanctuary of Truth). Served by U-Tapao Airport (UTP), 30 km south.

**U-Tapao to Ban Phe** — about 55–69 km, about 1 hour: the short way to the Koh Samet ferry for travelers flying into U-Tapao.

**BanPhe Pier** — 200 km southeast of Bangkok. The ferry gateway to **Koh Samet** island. Most travelers transfer here as the final overland leg before catching the ferry. Not a destination in itself.

**Rayong** — about 180 km southeast of Bangkok: Rayong town and Mae Ramphueng Beach (Ban Phe Pier has its own fares).

**Laem Chabang Cruise Port** — Thailand's main cruise port, about 25 km north of Pattaya and about 95 km from Suvarnabhumi. The driver waits 60 minutes free after you leave the ship, then THB 250 per hour.

**Laem Sok Pier (Koh Kood)** — the mainland pier in Trat for the Koh Kood boats, about 320 km from Suvarnabhumi. Our fare ends at the pier.

**Koh Chang** — 320 km southeast of Bangkok, near the Cambodian border. Thailand's second-largest island. Less developed than Phuket — jungle, waterfalls, secluded beaches. Ferry crossing required from Trat. Best Oct–Apr.

### 8.3 Western & Southern Gulf

**Cha-am** — beach town about 25 km north of Hua Hin, about 195 km from Suvarnabhumi.

**Hua Hin** — 200 km southwest of Bangkok on the Gulf of Thailand. Royal-patronized beach town, calmer than Pattaya, family-friendly. Cicada Market, Plearnwan, Hua Hin Railway Station (one of Thailand's most photogenic). 3–4 hours from Bangkok by car.

**Hat Yai** — Far south, near the Malaysian border. Trading hub, not a leisure destination per se. Mostly used by travelers connecting overland to Malaysia. Long-haul route (~1,000 km from Bangkok).

### 8.4 Northern Thailand

**Chiang Mai** — Northern Thailand's capital, 700 km north of Bangkok. Old city walls, Sunday Walking Street, Doi Suthep temple, hill tribe markets, elephant sanctuaries (ethical ones — Elephant Nature Park, BEES), Songkran festival. Cool season (Nov–Feb) ideal; avoid burning season (Mar–early Apr).

**Chiang Mai Airport (CNX)** — about 4–6 km from the old city; fixed fares to the city, to Chiang Dao and beyond.

**Chiang Dao** — mountain town about 70 km north of Chiang Mai (Doi Chiang Dao, Chiang Dao Cave).

**Pai** — 130 km northwest of Chiang Mai in Mae Hong Son province. Bohemian mountain town, hot springs, canyon viewpoints. The road is famously winding (762 curves) — SUV recommended for comfort. 3–4 hours from Chiang Mai.

**Chiang Rai** — 200 km north of Chiang Mai. White Temple (Wat Rong Khun), Blue Temple, Golden Triangle (Thailand-Laos-Myanmar border), hill tribe villages. Less touristy than Chiang Mai.

**Sukhothai** — The first Thai capital; the Historical Park (UNESCO) is 12 km from New Sukhothai. About 440 km (5.5–6 hours) from Bangkok. Two airports: Sukhothai (THS, about 27–40 km, flights from Suvarnabhumi) and Phitsanulok (PHS, about 60–70 km, flights from Don Mueang). One fare covers New Sukhothai and the Old City. Onward to Chiang Mai (about 320 km) and Ayutthaya (about 370 km).

### 8.5 Northeast Thailand (Isan)

**Korat (Nakhon Ratchasima)** — The gateway to Isan, about 250 km from Bangkok (3–3.5 hours). From Korat: Khao Yai (Pak Chong and the Thanarat Road hotels, 1.5–2 hours), Phimai Historical Park (the Khmer sandstone temple, about 60 km) and Khon Kaen (about 190 km).

**Khon Kaen** — University and business city on Highway 2. Khon Kaen Airport (KKC) is 6–8 km from the centre. About 120 km to Udon Thani and about 440 km to Bangkok.

**Udon Thani and Nong Khai** — Udon Thani Airport (UTH) is about 5 km from the city and about 55–60 km (1 hour) from Nong Khai and the Thai–Lao Friendship Bridge. Our fare ends at Thai immigration; Thai taxis do not cross into Laos.

**Ubon Ratchathani and Khong Chiam** — Ubon Ratchathani Airport (UBP) is in the city. Khong Chiam, the Mekong town for Pha Taem National Park, is about 81 km (1 h 20) away; Pha Taem and full-day trips are quoted by message.

**Phuket** — Largest island in Thailand, west coast. Patong (party), Karon/Kata (family), Old Town (heritage), Big Buddha, Promthep Cape. International airport (HKT). High season Nov–Apr.

**Patong Beach** — The main party / commercial beach on Phuket. Bangla Road nightlife. Many travelers stay here and need transfers within Phuket island.

**Phuket beaches, town and piers** — fixed fares from Phuket Airport (HKT) to Patong, Kata & Karon, Rawai & Nai Harn, Chalong Pier, Kamala, Phuket Town, Rassada Pier (boats to Phi Phi), Bang Tao (Laguna) and Mai Khao. **Khao Lak** — Phang Nga coast, about 75 km north of Phuket Airport.

**Ao Nang Beach** — In Krabi province, 2.5 hours by road from Phuket Airport (via the Sarasin Bridge). Gateway to Railay, Phi Phi Islands, Koh Lanta day trips.

**Krabi Airport (KBV) and Krabi Town** — the airport is about 13 km from Krabi Town and about 30 km from Ao Nang.

1. **Choose route** — pick "From" and "To" from the dropdown, or describe a custom route to staff.
2. **Choose vehicle** — sedan, SUV, or van. See section 5 for capacity guidance.
3. **Enter pickup details**:
   - Date and time (use **Thailand time**, GMT+7)
   - Pickup address (hotel name + street works; for airport pickups, just the airport name)

### 9.3 What you receive after booking

- An immediate booking confirmation email with a unique booking code (looks like `123-ABCDEFGHIJKL`).
- **Closer to the pickup time** (typically 12–24 hours before), the driver's name, photo, phone number, vehicle license plate, and exact pickup meeting point.
- For airport pickups: a confirmation of the standard pickup point (Suvarnabhumi: after customs, Level 4 Departures, the doors near Gate 4; Don Mueang: Level 3 Departures, with the exact door; U-Tapao: outside the arrivals exit). If you asked for the THB 100 name sign, that's confirmed here.

### 9.4 Modifying or cancelling

- See section 12 (Cancellation & Change Policy) for the fees.
- **Free changes and cancellations** up to 24 hours before pickup — contact us via the original booking channel (WhatsApp or email).

### 11.1 How to pay

**1) Pay to the Driver — the default**

- Pay the driver in **Thai Baht cash** at the drop-off point
- No surcharge (you pay exactly the listed price)
- Nothing is charged when you book — no deposit, no prepayment, no online checkout step
- If you arrive without Thai Baht, ask for the PayPal payment link (below)

**2) Card — through a PayPal payment link we send**

- Tell us you want to pay by card and we send a PayPal payment link
- Accepts all major cards via PayPal
- **5% PayPal processing fee** is added to the listed price (taxis and tours)

### 11.2 Currency

- All listed prices are in **Thai Baht (THB)**.
- USD/EUR/JPY/KRW conversions are not pre-calculated by us — currency rates fluctuate; the PayPal payment automatically converts at PayPal's current rate.

## 12. Cancellation & Change Policy

### 12.1 The fees

Counted from the scheduled pickup time (Thailand time) to when your message reaches us:

### 12.2 Also when you pay the driver in cash

- Nothing is charged when you book and there is no deposit — a convenience we offer on trust.
- A fee for a late cancellation or change is charged by a PayPal payment request sent to your email. If you paid in advance through a PayPal link, the fee is deducted from your refund.
- Why: for a long-distance trip, your driver keeps the whole day for you and turns down other work; a late cancellation leaves that day empty.

### 12.3 What counts as a change

- A change means a new date, pickup time or route.
- Free at any time: updating your hotel or address in the same area, your flight number, or the number of passengers or bags (if the vehicle still fits).
- Add-on requests (child seat, signboard greeter, language preference) can be added up to 12 hours before pickup.

### 12.4 Special cases

- **Flight delay** — we check the new arrival time; if the delay is significant, we will hold the driver as long as practical. For very long delays (4+ hours), we may need to reassign to another driver — communicated via app chat or messaging.
- **Missed flight on your side** — contact us as soon as you know. Moving the trip to another day is a change, so the fees in 12.1 apply.
- **Weather closures** (rare — typhoons, floods) — the trip can be rearranged: message us on WhatsApp.

## 13. Airport Pickup Procedures

Each airport we serve has slightly different logistics. The details below assume you've booked through us in advance.

### 13.1 Suvarnabhumi (BKK) — Bangkok's primary international airport

- **Standard pickup point:** after customs, go up to Level 4 (Departures) and out through the doors near Gate 4; your car waits in the pickup lane. With the THB 100 name-sign option the driver meets you at the arrivals exit instead.
- **Driver timing:** a person on our team checks your flight number before the driver sets off, so a delay or an early landing moves the pickup; the driver is there when you land.
- **First 60 minutes free** for immigration, baggage claim, and customs — no charge.
- **Optional name sign at the arrivals exit:** +THB 100. Recommended for first-time visitors, large groups, or non-English speakers.
- **Free airport Wi-Fi** is reliable — use it to message dispatch via our app or WhatsApp if you can't find the driver.
- **Currency exchange** is available pre-customs and post-customs; ATMs are widely available.

### 13.2 Don Mueang (DMK) — Bangkok's low-cost / domestic / budget international airport

- **Standard pickup point:** go up to Level 3 (Departures). The exact door comes in the message the day before, because it depends on the terminal (Terminal 1 international, Terminal 2 domestic).
- Same free-wait, signboard, and Wi-Fi rules as BKK.
- DMK is smaller and easier to navigate than BKK; meet-up is usually faster.

### 13.3 U-Tapao (UTP) — Pattaya / Rayong area

- **Standard pickup point:** outside the arrivals exit.
- Small airport, only a few flights per day; meet-up is straightforward.
- Published routes from UTP: Pattaya and Ban Phe Pier (for Koh Samet). For other destinations, request a custom quote.

### 13.4 Regional airports — Krabi (KBV), Chiang Mai (CNX), Sukhothai (THS), Phitsanulok (PHS), Khon Kaen (KKC), Udon Thani (UTH) and Ubon Ratchathani (UBP)

- **Standard pickup point:** outside the arrivals exit, after you collect your bags. Confirmed in booking.
- The same 60 free minutes and the same THB 100 name-sign option as in Bangkok.
- From Krabi (KBV) we drive to Ao Nang, Krabi Town, Koh Lanta, Khao Lak and Phuket; from Chiang Mai (CNX) to the city and Chiang Dao.
- Sukhothai (THS) has flights from Suvarnabhumi; Phitsanulok (PHS) has flights from Don Mueang. Both serve Sukhothai.
- From Udon Thani (UTH) we drive to Udon Thani city or to Nong Khai / the Friendship Bridge; from Khon Kaen (KKC) to the city and on to Udon Thani, Korat or Bangkok; from Ubon Ratchathani (UBP) to the city or Khong Chiam.

### 13.5 Best practices for the smoothest pickup

1. **Book at least 24 hours in advance** when possible. Same-day bookings are accepted but subject to driver availability.
2. **Add your flight number** to the booking — we check it so your driver knows when you land.
3. **Confirm the meeting point in writing** (via app chat or email) the day before. Sometimes there's a specific door number or pillar number.
4. **On landing**, send a quick chat message: "I have landed, picking up bags now." This lets the driver pre-position.
5. **If you can't find the driver after 10–15 minutes** at the published meeting point — message via app/chat immediately. Drivers occasionally need to circle the curb due to airport security; this is normal.
6. **Bring local currency** for tips or small purchases if you're paying online; the airport ATMs and exchange counters work.
